Lisa Grant joins REVEL Durham as a Sales Representative, bringing over seven years of experience in the Durham Region real estate market. Prior to real estate, she held corporate leadership roles in guest experience, marketing research, and promotions with Delta Hotels & Resorts—an experience that shaped her client-first mindset and strengthened her ability to guide high-stakes decisions with calm, clarity, and professionalism. Lisa holds multiple designations, including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). A multi award-winning Realtor®, she’s known for her research-driven approach and strong client relationships. Lisa blends heart and strategy—offering deep local insight, analytical thinking, and the empathy needed to support both the emotional and financial sides of real estate. She is now expanding her business into pre-construction and luxury markets, drawn to the creativity, complexity, and elevated service these areas demand. Above all, Lisa is committed to helping her clients achieve home ownership and feel informed and empowered as they move through some of life’s biggest decisions. Lisa and her husband invest in real estate beyond Ontario, sharing a passion for renovations and building generational wealth. Outside of work, you’ll find her either cheering on her two sons at the hockey rink or baseball diamond, on the golf course, or walking the family dog, Lucy, around town.
