With over two decades of experience spanning real estate, construction, and event production, Andrew brings a wealth of hands-on expertise and leadership to every client relationship. From helping build his family business, The Persaud Group, managing national brand projects, to serving six years in the Canadian Armed Forces, Andrew’s professional journey reflects a strong work ethic, vision, and commitment to excellence. After his military service, Andrew founded a construction company specializing in home renovations, fix-and-flips, and duplex conversions—experience that now fuels his success in real estate. His deep understanding of residential building and investment strategy allows him to guide clients through residential, waterfront, and commercial transactions with precision and confidence. A graduate of Seneca College’s Firefighting Services program, Andrew combines creativity, strategy, and connection in his approach to real estate. Recognized as Rookie of the Year (2022) and recipient of multiple sales awards—including the Gold, Cross Country, and Elite Awards—Andrew has sold over 119,000 sq. ft. and $45 million in commercial real estate in 2024 alone.
