Our REVEL Style Magazine epitomizes the efforts of our marketing team as it represents and promotes REVEL culture through a full-length lifestyle magazine. Such a collective effort is distributed, both in print and online, through-out the province. Our agents offer this elite marketing project to clients upon listing appointments and open house visitations.

REVEL Style Magazine has established an impressive reputation as a marketing tool that is emblematic of our positive REVEL culture. Not only does it document the progress we have made as a collective group of like mind-ed REALTORS®, but it defines how we have stylishly REVELutioinized the industry along the way. Our magazine has a wide reach across Ontario, as it is distributed both digitally and in full colour print. It celebrates real estate on another level of appreciation, while promoting the communities and businesses serving those communities with the same passion and energy.

Podcast.

Our REVEL Podcast provides an outspoken voice to our REVEL Brand, diversifying our marketing efforts and once again, “celebrating” the important people in this industry who are trendsetters and advocates of our trade and craft. Hosted by some of the best personalities in the business, and tackling real estate and cultural issues associated with our industry, The REVEL Podcast has grown in popularity, acquiring listeners across Ontario and beyond. Organizing vendors associated with our real estate business is the goal of REVELMedia.ca. Listings, or appointments, often arrive with short notice, which is why REVEL has implemented REVELMedia.ca to streamline the listing preparation process. Whether it be scheduling a photo session for an up- coming listing, or acquiring marketing collateral from our marketing division, REVELMedia.ca is an easy to use portal designed to organize a REALTORS® most pertinent duties.

REVEL ED.

Our REVEL ED Program is led by top selling and award winning agents/ mentors in a collaborative and cooperative environment. Our mission statement of teamwork, customized service, and ethical integrity is the impetus that drives this program forward.

As a REALTOR®, you will have access to our REVEL ED program. We will provide mentors to help you train and supplement your career path with ongoing experiences. Our program offers “live” and “online” courses, videos, and direction through the leadership of our Director of Real Estate Growth and Development, who is responsible for organizing class schedules, benchmarks and graduation achievements.

REVEL will educate and support you as a REALTOR®, which will help you build your business and raise it to another level of success.

Our REVEL ED program evolves with the times. We host over 30 courses and offer the delivery and instruction of such courses online. Courses are consistently updated, tweaked, improved upon and restructured to achieve efficient results.

Furthermore, our REVEL ED courses are offered to both new and experienced REALTORS® alike, and are easily accessible via links and calendars for those REALTORS® whose schedules are time limited. Based upon experiential real estate experiences that are timely and relevant to the fluctuations in the industry, our courses also provide exceptional insights, while motivating our REALTORS® to explore various areas of expertise that can diversify their expertise portfolios. What makes this program vibrant and original is the input we receive from our REALTORS® in the field, who are generous with their stories and open with their day to day challenges.  We consider the collection and interpretation of this “on site data” crucial to forming our REVEL ED courses, which in turn, serve to bolster the confidence of our REALTORS® when they are exposed to unforeseen challenges in their respective markets.

MENTORSHIP

Led by consistent top selling agents who have established notable and award winning reputations in the business, REVEL’s Mentorship Program is a one phone call away system designed to offer our inexperienced REALTORS® around the clock support as they navigate through a challenging first year in real estate.

Established from the onset through our onboarding procedures, a new REALTOR®, or relatively new transfer, is assigned a prominent member from the REVEL family, who generously assumes the responsibility of guiding and mentoring the REALTOR® for one year. In this capacity, the mentor is made available for questions, issues, paperwork expertise, and general counsel when needed, in support of any indecisions or doubts that may arise in the course of a transaction. 

This mutually beneficial relationship is furthered by the establishment of trust, and solidified by the exchange of wisdom for energy and enthusiasm, while it also improves networking and confidence on both sides. Both Mentor and REALTOR® reap the benefits of this correspondence, as both teacher and student engage in debatable real estate topics that are constantly in transition as the real estate industry transforms and evolves. Most importantly, REVEL’s Mentorship program serves to galvanize further interest in the craft and experience of real estate, increasing passion for this exciting career path.

CHARITY BALL.

We, at REVEL Realty, are focused upon giving back to our supportive community and to those most in need. Three years ago, we initiated our very own charity venture to commemorate and legitimize our altruistic vision through the REVEL lens. Combining our determined efforts, research, and marketing talents, we decided that an annual REVEL Charity Ball would raise the necessary funding for charities and social justice issues in our area while at the same time aligning our namesake with the cause. As a result, revel, which literally means “to celebrate” becomes synonymous with The REVEL Charity Ball – a formal celebration helping those mired in unfortunate life circumstances through affiliated support services and missions.

Our goal is to raise the standard of previous charitable efforts by issuing a 2020 challenge to ourselves, driving us to “do more” in the upcoming decade. Throughout the year, REVEL participates and leads various charitable events, but this time around we are motivated by the prospect of eventually beginning our own foundation that consistently contributes to helping those who are marginalized by socio-economic issues in our region.

CULTURE.

Our inclusive, collaborative, social, and fun loving work culture is galvanized by magazine launch parties, participation in community events and the party of the year – our own REVEL Charity Ball.

By giving back to our community, REVEL REALTORS® receive the intangible benefits secured by appreciation, gratitude, and the belief in doing good. REVEL is proud to be an active charity fundraiser in our respective localities. Our REVEL Charity Ball celebrates this commitment, and positions our agents as positive influencers in our society.

REVEL FRIENDSIES.

REVEL promotes team building, and colleague bonding with our REVEL Friendsie event at the end of each month. Assembling our agents in a casual, social environment promotes good will, excellent networking, and fun loving activities.

Whether it be an organized wine tasting at the local winery, or a group skate at a designated arena, REVEL Friendsies contribute to the positive nature of our brand personality.  To REVEL is “to celebrate” our own agents as much as we celebrate the work we achieve together with a team oriented mindset.
